We believe great drinks start with great relationships. That's why we intentionally source local fruits, ingredients, and products whenever possible—working hand-in-hand with nearby farmers and small businesses to bring you flavors that are fresher, more vibrant, and rooted in our community.

Every partnership matters to us. It's not just about what goes into the supports along the way. By collaborating with local growers and makers, we're able to create drinks with purpose—lifting each other up, reducing the distance from farm to cup, and keeping quality at the center of it all.

We don't believe in tossing out good ingredients. That's why we've built a whole-fruit system for both our bases and our fruit syrups—using as much of the fruit as possible, whenever it's safe and beneficial to do so. In partnership with North Florida Microgreens, we take what's usually overlooked—like peels, rinds, and other parts—and give them a purpose.

Take dragon fruit, for example. Most people enjoy the inside and throw away the peel, even though it's completely edible. It's just not something you'd want to bite into on its own. So instead, we transform it—carefully cleaning, prepping, syrups to capture more of the fruit's natural character while reducing waste.

This approach isn't about doing more for the sake of it—it's about doing things with intention. By using the whole fruit when it makes sense, we're able to create deeper, more layered flavors while honoring the ingredient from start to finish. Less waste, more purpose, and a drink that's been thoughtfully crafted every step of the way.
